Editorial Policy

Source verification

Every material fact in our reporting is verified in at least two independent sources before publication. We prefer primary sources — official statements, filings, data and on-the-record interviews. A claim carried by a single source, or a rumour circulating online, is not published as fact. When a story is developing and facts are still being confirmed, we say so plainly and update the article as verification comes in.

Corrections

When we get something wrong, we correct it promptly. Minor corrections are fixed with a correction note at the end of the article stating what changed and when. Material errors are noted at the top of the article. We do not silently rewrite published stories. To report an error, write to editor@theapexwire.com.

AI use

Articles are prepared with AI assistance under human editorial review. AI drafts are checked against verified sources before publication, and every article carries an AI disclosure. AI is never used to invent sources, quotes or data.
